Shipping in Canada
At Son of Sahib, we offer reliable shipping options to get your new clothing to you quickly and efficiently. For now, we provide Standard Shipping across Canada with a flat rate of $9.99. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. We also offer free Local Pickup for customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Son of Sahib. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. For exchanges, such as a size swap, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
Damaged or incorrect orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue in your email . We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not feasible. You will not be responsible for return shipping on items that are our error. We are committed to resolving these issues quickly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction.
